Orders usually ship within 1-3 days of placement for domestic and 5-7 days for international. In the event that the item(s) are being customized, please allow up to ten days for your order to ship. We cannot be held accountable for unforeseen weather conditions, custom clearance processes, and Courier Company caused delay delivery time.

We are able to ship internationally. The amount charged depends on your country of purchase and will be calculated at checkout. All orders over Rs.20,000 are applicable for free international shipping.

If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased on THE GLOCAL TRUNK website, please fill the returns request form and send the product at your cost by courier within 7 days to our store address.
However, if the product reaches you damaged and broken, you may contact us immediately and we will organise a free return.

Yes you need an account to make a purchase. You can’t check out as a guest. We do strongly recommend creating an account instantly to keep your wish list in order and to gain member benefits.

Use the main category header links to help you find what you are looking for. Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, and click on the Add to Cart button on each item.
Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the View Cart link at the top of the page. You can use the Remove from Cart link to delete items from your shopping bag.
Click on Checkout to complete your order.
All products on sale or using any discount code, are non-refundable/non-exchangable.
To make any changes to your order, or to cancel your order – you may cancel the order from your My Accounts Page. Or please contact us care@theglocaltrunk.com within 24 hours of the order placed.Please note that once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in under status.

All orders ship from India. Any import duties and taxes are charged when the parcel reaches the destination country, must be paid by the recipient. We cannot estimate the value of duties and have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have questions related to custom charges please contact your local customs office.
For all domestic orders (with India) taxes and duties have already been included in the product price.

The Glocal Trunk encourages human empowerment and growth. All the funds collected through these products supports this miniscule effort by us and are channeled directly to the women artisans.
Along side any discounts and promotions THE GLOCAL TRUNK may hold, we offer quarterly sales every year. To be notified as soon as our sale starts and of further reductions, please do subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom of this page.
All sale items will be delivered in basic packaging only, which does not include any gift packing.
All sales are final – they are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

Select GLOCAL GIFTS from the top navigation menu in the drop down followed by Gift Card.
All gift cards are emailed.
Choose the amount, enter the recipient’s name, include a personal message, and then add the gift card to your shopping bag.
You will be notified by email as soon as your gift card has been received.
